The meeting will start at 8:30, please can we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before so we can start promptly.
Please can we have as much support from our members for this meeting. We will be looking to fill a few key roles during the AGM as well as looking for volunteers for setting out. We need to fill these positions to ensure the club can carry on running.
A buffet will be provided so if you can let us know below if you will be attending so we know how many to cater for.
